"We had an appointment with this gentleman Bis. We waited over 20 minutes although someone else told him that some clients were waiting for him. When he finally showed up, he went to the desk to serve a man who had walked up to the place literally 30 seconds before he came. I called for someone and told them what had happened, he went to tell Bis that we were the client who had been waiting for him. Bis did not come to talk to us directly and told his colleague to tell us to wait another 15 min. What in the world? We left and will never return to this office again. Maybe his behavior saved us some headaches because a lady came to get returns for her mother and her paperwork could not be located. Don’t waste your time, do your taxes somewhere else."

"This year was the fourth time I went to H&R Block to do my taxes, and it was the last time I use this location. I can rate my previous experience as satisfactory and meeting the expectations but this time I experienced a disrespectful and even rude attitude towards the client. When I brought it to the attention I was explained that it was because the office has a very high volume of returns to process As far as my customer feedback, I suggest not focusing only on quantity but the quality of work, and to give each client attention they deserve; especially when it comes to the filing tax return which can be stressful for some people. On top of it, I was charged an extra fee, and I was promised and assured that it would be waived; however the fee has been never taken off."

"Terrible service. Made an appointment with them, they double booked, and told me my only option was to wait an hour. This is an easily avoidable mistake that they didn't see until the appointment time, and took no action to remedy the situation (even after I received multiple notifications reminding me of my appointment) other than telling me to wait. I will no longer be using any H&R location after this unprofessional service."

"I was impressed with the short time I had to wait to get an appointment. I also was impressed at the short wait I had between the client before me and the time I was brought back to begin my tax return. Tammy was very personable and professional. She gave advise and recommendations that I would not have thought about. When I called back a few minutes later with my banking info that I neglected to bring to the appointment Tammy promptly answered the phone without making me wait or leave my information with the receptionist."
