"Dr. Kuznia made her recommendations. I agreed to them as required by signature. When the staff later failed to deliver the treatment as agreed upon, they became rude when I asked for an explanation and refused to allow me to speak to Dr. Kuznia. I don’t know if they left a message for the doctor as I requested since she didn’t follow up. I then sent a letter by certified mail to the doctor but she didn’t respond to that either. I don’t recommend trusting this practice to deliver the treatment they advise and promise."
