"I've been with them for a few years, including my husband and kids but I think this is the last year I'm gonna be going to them. The doctors are great, but the receptionists do not call you back to schedule you appointments. For instance, I had to wait months for them to get an answer back from my insurance for some work, in which they could've gotten back to me that same day. When I called to follow up no one knew what I was talking about, and then they have told me to contact the insurance company for them to get an answer. The next person I spoke to got an answer right away from the insurance company and scheduled the appointment. I'm sick of having to chase the office down for an appointment when I had never had this problem in the past. If you went for a check up, the doctor would tell you what you need done and then the receptionist would run your insurance to see what it covers and come back and tell you what portion you are responsible for. I've never had to wait months for someone to reach me back. I'm sick of this office. I wonder if the doctors know how poor their front desk receptionist are."

"KRISTIN is rude , unkind and very unprofessional, i have been going to this office for a couple years and NEVER HAVE I HAD such disrespect. She made me feel unappreciated as a LOYAL Patient here. i actually never had issues with the other staff and techs but this Christin girl do not need to answer the phones or communicate with customers. SO PISSED THIS MORNING. I LOVE MY DENTIST BUT WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IF SHE IS ON STAFF."

"Went in to repair a cracked bridge that was still under warranty. Dr Diego was super nice, I live out of state and made the trip back to get it fixed. He took care of it immediately at no additional cost. Great Dentist!!! The dental assistant that worked with Dr Diego Azar was super great! I met her a year ago but she didn’t remember me , I didn’t say anything but in a year she has definitely gained a lot of knowledge and confidence. I am super proud of her. I will definitely commend her in person when I go back in a few weeks. I was in a rush trying to get to my next appointment. I would definitely recommend this office in Riverside Coral Springs."
