"I didn't have such a great experience. As it is my right I didn't let Clem finish them due to the fact he was very rushy and I thought my charges was to high. so I went to another firm that I feel was more helpful and patient. Clem was never welcoming or pleasant to talk to. Always rushed me that was on of the reasons I went elsewhere. After telling him I will not be going further with H&R block that I would be coming to pick up my documents. After picking up my folder I went back through to make sure everything was as there and so I could organize. Clem "misplaced" 2 of my w2's. So I called the office and spoke to him. Clem acted like he could careless. He acted like I was crazy or full of it. He said he would look and call me back. He NEVER CALLED ME BACK??? I left a message for Tina the manager to call me she STILL HAS NOT CALLED ME. . If you are considering using H&R I would HIGLEY RECOMMEND NOT USING CLEM!"
