"We are first time clients of Jackson Hewitt. We had the closing of a home and had a business that we closed in 2022. So our return was complex. We initially met with Josh at the Walmart office who then made an appointment at the Fernandina Beach, FL office locared in the AMC parking lot with Cassandra and Marty. We were very impressed with all 3. They were very thorough and professional, as well as personable. They helped us find and complete items that we had not thought of. We are very pleased. with the results and would highly recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone looking for help in completing their tax return. We feel fortunate because we just moved here in 2022 and didn't know who to trust."

"Marty at the yulee -lofton creek office was Awesome answered all my questions and did my taxes. I had set up an appointment with Marty for last Saturday at 4 but for some reason, noone was there- door was shut and locked. So I went back Tuesday evening to pay the crazy price of $309 and Christina helped me and she was very awesome also. she even put my return in an envelope , addressed it and answered some more questions I have. You two ladies were both very helpful and knowledgeable. Jackson Hewitt is lucky to have both of you as employees My taxes were a little more struggling and I needed help. My dad passed last year and that was at tax time and I had forgotten to do by 2020 taxes. it's just a shame that these tax places can't help people with some kinda break on the price for doing the taxes. Found out I could of done them thru turbo tax for a $79 fee for the 2020 year and only $89 for them to do my taxes.
