"After overspending on a pricey ortho in Fort Myers my daughter needed another round of braces (sigh) I also had my 2nd daughter ready for her 1st set of braces. Dr. Cronauer listened to our concerns and took his time to look over her chart and X-rays to come up with the 2nd treatment round for her braces (wish I found him before the 1st) and the goals we wanted to achieve. He had us come back in for a 2nd consult to discuss after we have a quick call as well. I knew right away it was not about the dollar signs with this practice, Dr. Cronauer genuinely cared that my daughter felt confident in her smile.
