"I do not recommend. They do not communicate the status and be prepared that after you pay you will be harassed for months after about the payment you already did. Five months after payment we are still getting calls to pay. We keep sending the payment confirmation again and again. My opinion: Imagine if they cannot keep this straight how do you expect them to do a good job?! I wonder how they even got the appeal date correctly."

"I don’t recommend this company if you really want to reduce your home taxes. I hired this company after the taxes of my home increased in almost 100%, because I put it for rent. Some months later I received a call from this company saying: “We won the case”. Excellent I thought, so I asked: How much and how I will receive the saving? And she told me: You saved XXXX and you are not going to receive any payment because we decreased the amount before you paid your taxes. The amount was so small that I really didn’t believe it and I had to ask twice, it was less than 2% (perhaps that was the reason I didn't notice any decrease in my taxes) but now I have to pay them 35% of those 2%, then at the end I really saved just a little more than 1%. For me, when you reduce the amount of your taxes in less than 2%, after an increase of almost 100%, it doesn’t mean “to win the case”. If I had known they would only save me so little money in my property taxes, I would not have gone to this company, because the opportunity to reduce my taxes has already been lost. Then almost 2 years after I put the comment here, they put a reply saying something that I already know (but of course they didn't tell me that when I hired them). Also, just a comment, several of the 5 starts reviews here are around the same date."
