"Started filing my personal taxes with the accountant Miguel ever since I started working. It’s my fifth and last year going to this office. I went to my appointment on January 28, 2022. On February 28, 2022 I call to follow up on my refund status. Maria Fernanda said she would call back around 2 pm to assist me. I did not hear any response that day or the day after. I call March 2 and ask for Maria. She still did not have a response. She just repeated “ I am the one responsible for calling those who get rejected by the IRS, you are not on my list. I have to get back to you.” Today, March 7, I call again. A gentlemen named Alex explained that my taxes were not submitted and that I needed to sign a new document. I decide to go in person for clarification from Miguel. Miguel was extremely rude and unprofessional. He did not take the time to explain his error. Suddenly my return was $1,154 less than what he said January 28th. I showed him the file he gave me on that day and asked him to identify the mistake. He was just trying to get me out of the office, raising his voice and just complaining about his job. Saying “ What do you need? I have to get people out of here.” Other customers in the lobby were looking our way because of how loud he was. Alex ended up apologizing for something he was not responsible of. Ps. If you are not a peoples person, find another career. No one needs to deal with your personal issues. Worst customer service ever. Waste of money and time. No consideration for the customer. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I will never refer anyone . & I’ll make sure to share my experience with my family that has been going to him for years."

"Absolute garbage. I did my taxes with him a couple of years at my wife’s recommendation. He doesn’t make appointments so it is an absolute madhouse to see him first come, first served. His fee is inexpensive and you definitely get what you pay for. The final straw was when he failed to submit my taxes electronically (according to his staff due to a computer crash) leaving me to pay over $900 in penalties. When I called back, I was told to submit the receipt of payment and would be reimbursed the penalty as it was their error. I was met with nothing but obstructions from his staff even after I emailed copies of my IRS payments multiple times. I never got anything back from this firm. This accounting firm is dishonest and preys on low income people who are drawn in by his low fees. Beware!"

"If I can give negative stars I would I was recommended by a friend so I called and asked if I could get a quote woman answered and stated” aqui no se hace quote se hace taxes!” Then disconnected call. So unprofessional, was never even given a chance to speak."

"Have been going to Miguel for several years and he never disappoints! Professional staff and attention to detail. He and his staff take their time to go over every tax cut you qualify for which is great! Be prepared to wait but he and his staff are worth it!"

My daughter also files her taxes with him and he's the fairest most honest rates in town. He is a cpa....not just a registered irs agent .
