"I would like to share my experience with Dr. Mikerin and his staff. About 10 years ago the Dr recommended full mouth implants. At the time I thought it was financially impossible. After working with Gerri and Dr. Mikerin, we came up with a five year plan that worked for me. Gerri went above and beyond working with my insurance company. She also advised me on some excellent credit options. Well, after five years of truly painless dentistry, I found the Dr’s staff to be pleasant and most importantly competent. Once the dental work was completed, I realized that Dr. Mikerin’s implants are a work of art! Some people eat to live! I live to eat! I enjoy corn on the cob, and a nice steak. I’m always complemented on my smile. It’s been 6 years now and I continue my cleanings , x- rays and exams with Dr. Mikerin."

"I flew a thousand mi to see Dr. Mickerin. When I lived in Cape Coral I would drive 60 mi for my appointments because he is that good,great. I needed a lot of work done and I couldn’t find a dentist in Raleigh who was up for the job. Dr. Mickerin is highly skilled in all areas of dentistry. I got implants over 20 years ago and they’re still in great shape. After seeing a few “bad” dentists I decided it is worth my time and peace of mind to fly from NC to see this great doctor. I am so very grateful."

"I am appalled at how this practice callously disregarded my highly functioning Down Syndrome nephew. Actually refusing him treatment several days before his appointment, cancelling the appointment and offering no explanation other than the office manager felt he would be better treated elsewhere. My nephew is an intelligent, well mannered, hard working 36 year old young man and has never encountered such discrimination and callousness as this. Having been to the dentist many many times in his life, he is perfectly capable of abiding by acceptable patient behavior. This practice is apparently incapable of providing ethical, compassionate treatment to all members of the community. Dental Excellence only to the select, approved 'normal' segment of the population. Just shameful."
