"I’ve had a couple visits this year and twice either the dentist or assistant made me feel low. As a professional you should never make rude comments regarding the patient or make the patient feel as though you’re only here to get paid. The actual Dentist on the first visit body language showed he didn’t want to assist me. He was rough at times and him and his assistant would constantly laugh throughout the procedure and I just accepted it bc I really wanted to start fixing my teeth, Although I left the office ashamed! Today took the cake when the assistant would forcibly shove instruments/tools in my mouth as if she didn’t want to work so I finally spoke up for myself. The dentist sided with her saying it’s the position of my mouth yet when she worked in the back of my mouth before It wasn’t forced. I believe she was having a bad day but she shouldn’t have took it out on me! The receptionist up front were nice and I appreciate that. Moral of the story pls treat ppl with kindness. You never know what someone may be going through! The unprofessionalism did hurt. Treat ppl the way you want to be treated!!"
