"I highly recommend Hess Orthodontics. As a first-time patients my daughter and I had a great experience. Setting up the appointment was a great experience because the front desk staff is attentive, patient, and professional. The person who took our x-rays and pictures was very friendly and professional. She made the experience pleasant for both of us. The coordinator and doctor were honest with the treatmenr we needed, and I love how they didn't push anything on us. We purchased the lifetime retainer program, which I love! Replacing retainers gets expensive! This program will give us peace of mind if we ever need replacements. The turnaround for the retainer was extremely fast. It was ready the next day! One small suggestion is following up with your patients after they receive their retainers to see how they fit. Either over the phone or bring them back in the office to make sure they fit well. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and will highly recommend Hess Orthodontics to our family and friends."
