"My Aspen Dental in Carrollwood of Tampa, FL. Is the best. The entire staff really cares, they are friendly and caring people. They work well together, and they have been taking excellent care of me. It was great to see the office manager Holly Parrish, she made my dreams of getting new teeth possible, she worked above and beyond initiating a predetermination for me with my insurance company and my Medicaid/Medicare dual plan. She got it to where my new teeth would be covered. I'm on a limited income right now, and am in school and will be graduating soon and these new teeth are going to make it a lot easier for me to get a new job. Due to illness I had to quit my previous career, and start a new one and these new teeth that, Dr. Arias, (worked for over 4 hours to perform the necessary surgery to be able to get new teeth) gave me are great, the bite lined up nice, and they looked natural and beautifully white. I couldn't wait to send pictures to my friends that knew about this surgery and Godsend Blessing of new teeth. They all agree that they look great and I plan on taking excellent care of these teeth so they stay nice and full and clean. I'm on a medication that has a horrible side effect of bone deterioration and tooth loss. I got down to 5 teeth and it was a prayer answered when I got the Predetermination letter back with the approval on it for the coverage of my new teeth. So, thank you to everyone, I'm sorry I didn't get more names in there, I'll make sure to post again."

"I had an awful time at this establishment, when taking my dental scans I explained that it was causing me pain. Her response was that and I quote " it hurts for everyone", no you're just not listening and wanted to move at your pace rather than take care of your patient properly. I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. There seems to be no actual care about the prospective patients coming here. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED."

The clinical staff were so supportive and made me feel comfortable and confident in their treatment plan. She is very clear in explaining what is going on, making you feel that you actually matter to her, and that she wants the best for you. I should also mention how honest she is.
