"I picked pieces of my own bones out after extractions, was not stitched up after a full mouth of extractions. Dentures were way oversized and I looked like a clown with oversized teeth. Had affordable dentures redo my entire set."

The did their best to make me feel comfortable and did their best to chase away my fear....in the end the procedure was not terrifying and was basically painless. "I have never had a receptionist or staff member tell me the doctor isn't going to waste his time explaining the procedure, if you didn't listen the 1st time he told you. I thought your dentist is there to reinforce the importance of flossing and caring for your teeth, regardless of your age. . That's what you are paying for. Not sure I would even rate him or staff 1 star horrible bed side manners and the staff as well, sad thing I even referred him to several people, I hope they don't get treated like I did but, I don't think they will due to speaking same language. Very disappointed with services provided"
