"I went to the ruskin branch to get a cleaning. Did x-rays etc. Was given an exorbitantly priced treatment plan. I opted to shop around and went to Aspen Dental who did the entire treatment 60% less the cost they quoted me. I saved over $500. I wanted to do the cosmetic treatment with them since their price was 20% cheaper, which was apart of my original treatment plan with them, only for them to tell me they can't honor it because my teeth will be too sensitive. I said to the rep, I know that when u decide to do this treatment sensitivity is a must.. so in a nutshell they are refusing to service me. I am guessing they are saying well, you went else where so continue there! It's like wallmart getting upset because I shopped at publix? I find it interesting that Aspen Dental states I can do said cosmetic treatment without giving me lip .. so I am baffled. I DONOT RECOMMEND.. overpriced.. Aspen Dental has better customer and is more customer based.. oh I went on the 22nd of January.. paid my balance.. today I got email saying I owe $28 for what I don't know. They charged almost $300 for x-rays which my insurance paid most and I was told to pay $22 which I did sooo??????? Aspen x-rayed me for free."
