Aspen Dental - Clearwater, FL

"I chipped a tooth today and was able to make an appointment the same day in the hopes to get my tooth repaired. I went in for the appointment and was informed that I would need a full oral exam that would take up to 1.5 hours to conduct and that after this exam that i might be able to get the tooth worked on. I asked repeatedly if someone could assess the dentists ability to do the work on the tooth today and was told it wasn’t possible and that I needed to get a full oral examination (for free) or pay for a partial examination ($175) but in either case I couldn't get an estimate on the feasibility of getting my tooth fixed today. While pleasant, the lady I spoke with was not able or willing to help by having someone provide some assessment of the dentist ability to perform the fix. Maybe this is acceptable to Aspen, maybe it isn’t but I thought it would be helpful that you knew about it. I came in because I had a chipped tooth and this is what I needed them to assess and they (the receptionist at least) were unwilling even to provide an assessment if they had the time to do the repair today. The office was empty… not busy which makes it all the more bizarre that someone couldn’t take even a moment to consider if the repair might be feasible after the exam. I would have been happy to offset the costs for the staff that wasn't working, at least in part based on the fee for the service, but nobody was willing to even consider telling me if they might have the time to help. Yikes Aspen... maybe provide incentives to your team to get business rather than follow processes that get in the way of servicing customers and making you money."

"The entire staff was so welcoming, understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and confident in their ability to help me. Would rate them 10 stars if I could. The office manager was very thorough in explaining my fanicial options without being pushy and never made me feel like I had to sign up for their treatment plans or payment plans if I didn't want to. I actually didn't. Told him I needed a day to think about it and would be back. His answer was "okay great. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to call me". Gave me his card and after sleeping on it, I went back in the next day and signed up for everything I wanted to do, without any pressure to do so, or to do more work than i wanted done. The dentist was the absolute best I've had for years. She was super knowledgeable and made my anxiety come off the roof as all past experiences with dentists have been negative. Not with her. I will tell anyone needing dental work to go here bc of their friendly and welcoming , eagerness to help."

"It was such a pleasure! Everyone was so nice and helpful especially since I suffer from anxiety! I can’t wait to go back there! Kathy did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and making me comfortable. I definitely recommend them to everyone I know from now on! So thankful to find a dentist and staff who are gentle and accommodating!! Lori the front desk assistant and the dental assistant who took my X-rays and got me situated in the room was also super sweet and patient!! It was so clean in there and comfortable with a lot of space and after I did my paper work that only took a couple minutes I was immediately called back!! My teeth feel the best they’ve felt in years and I’m so excited for our plan to get my smile back :) thank you aspen dental!!"

"Highly Recommended!!!!!! New patient visit done today. Reception area is clean. The whole facility is up-to-date and modern. Staff is friendly and very well informed. Was treated with the utmost respect. Got a full work up as a new patient for free. Had a procedure done while I was there. Tooth extraction. Nearly painless. Very reasonably priced extraction. Dr and staff were so nice to me. I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend Aspen Dental and if you can go to this location, you will not be disappointed!!!!! My apologies I did not take photos. Will definitely return for follow-ups."

I am convinced that it would be irresponsible of me not to be a full time patient here from this point forward. They are thorough, knowledgable, and I'm convinced, the best in their field. You will not be disappointed here. Btw, don't worry about cost, because they are also very helpful in that as well. They will help you find a way for you to fix your dental problems and smile with confidence."
