"I went to an easy to use web site and made an appointment for a denture repair of a broken tooth. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by a courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Within 90 minutes I was leaving with a repaired denture that looked and felt as good as original. The experience was one of the best customer services I've ever had. I will recommend Aspen Dental very highly to any who asks me about dental care."

"I called Aspen Dental and scheduled a free appointment as I was a new patient. The appointment went well, but I got a bill in the mail.Aspen Dental billed my dental insurance company, so my 1st appointment was not free.This is deceptive. I will give credit to the office staff who wrote off the remaining bill, after insurance. This is not the way to start a brand new patient/dentist relationship. The policy of advertising "Free" 1st appointment should apply to all new patients."

"One of the first things I noticed when I came into the Pinellas Park office was how friendly the staff was. The second thing I noticed was how fast everything was able to get done. Usually I have to wait awhile even with an appointment but I didn't even get finished with my new patient paperwork when I got called back. Sara, the Dental Hygienist who mostly worked with me was very good and very thorough. She even worked through her lunch to get my treatment taken care of. I would have come back, but I really appreciated it. When she was finished I was very impressed and glad I was able to come here for my treatment. I highly recommend this office."
