"Every one is always friendly, and usually there is no waiting time or very little wait time from the appointment. Whether getting your teeth cleaned or getting a procedure done they always make sure you are comfortable and have no pain thru out the whole process. They stop immediately if they see you tense up or flinch, to make sure you are okay, before they continue. Highly recommend!"
"I have been a patient at their Clearwater office for approximately 25 years. The practice was taken over by a corporation several years ago and the service has plummeted since that time. Revolving dentists…I believe they are on the 3rd one since the takeover. I recently had an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and finally left 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment was supposed to start. I was left sitting there with no one making any effort to reach out to me explain the delay. I made several attempts at the desk to find out what was going on. I was finally told they were finishing up with another patient. My best guess was they double booked my appointment. Scheduling leading up to this appointment was a nightmare. The office manager, Jennifer, was the cause of the horrible lead up scheduling and poor customer service while I was in the office. Her attitude is awful. It is a shame…this used to be a great practice. The only redeeming positives of this office are the few remaining associates from the original practice. They are still great."
"Everyone is so nice here, very welcoming and I'm so happy with the professional cleaning work done on my teeth!! I'm very nervous at the dentist usually!! I highly recommend going here!! I am very happy with the work done on my teeth by the dentist. I appreciate so much his kindness and the way he helped me to feel at ease. I cannot thank him enough!! Again, I highly recommend going here!!"
"Very courteous staff! From front desk to the doctor. Everyone was extremely professional. I was seen and dismissed in a timely manner. I was extremely nervous and in pain from a cracked molar. The dental assistant Katie was so kind and reassuring. The office was clean and the music was great! I have zero complaints! I would recommend this office to anyone!"
