"One of the weirdest, most uncomfortable dentist appointments I’ve ever had. The place looks like a glorified 2005 strip mall store that they put a few dental chairs in. The front desk girl seemed confused why she was there and annoyed that anyone was asking her questions lol. The hygienist I had was perfectly nice, but the whole experience was weird. The technology was extremely outdated, the lights were fluorescent and creepy, I could literally see the patient next to me being worked on over the weird “room divider” … all around just weird vibes from the jump. Then the dentist came and before even looking at my teeth started pushing whitening treatments and Invisalign (I’ve had braces and a permanent retainer and take very nice care of my dental health - my teeth are perfectly fine). It was a very weird conversation, considering the reason i was there was for some minor tooth pain. Once I mentioned that, the dentist quickly decided that I probably needed a very expensive crown on a tooth that already had a filling. He started “explaining what was wrong” and poking at my teeth and I realized right away that either I explained it wrong or his assistant did, because he kept poking at and talking about the WRONG TOOTH on the WRONG SIDE lol. After trying to explain myself for long enough and being disregarded, I finally just played into it because at that point I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. I finally went to a new legitimate dentist this year now that I have new insurance and it’s like night and day. My new dentist very quickly correctly identified what ended up being a very minor issue - on the correct tooth on the correct side of my mouth lol - and double checked with my insurance before even offering me treatment options. I truly do not leave negative reviews unless I think it’s a big enough deal and other people could benefit and this is one that I think people definitely need to know about."

"I was having an issue with one of my teeth. Called the office and was able to fit me in that day. Also, relieved my pain had fixed my tooth issue. Dr baker’s office staff are amazing!! So grateful!!"

"I went to this dentist for a cleanup and I regret coming here. I ended up with some new dentist practitioner who opened my mouth to wide and caused me to get TMJ. They cleaned my teeth and got blood everywhere. THEN they give me a bible once they were done. Now I'm suffering all because I had Burger King right before the appointment. DON'T GO. 1 STAR."
