"The doctors are great. The staff is great. The dental assistants are marvelous. I would gladly go there again. 10+ / A+ 2/15/24 - UPDATE - I am a traveler from out of town & had an emergency. The professionals at the Greenwald Way office were comforting and very efficient. They were able to "cure what ailed me". I am a satisfied customer who will seek out a sister office near where I live - again 10+/A+"

"First of all our appointment was on time. We weee delayed due to my insurance giving wrong information to the clerk. I cannot remember her name but she was very understanding and she was doing her job. After getting everything cleared up we were past our time and knew we needed to make another appt. Instead of making us do that Office mgr got both of us right in before lunch. Both cleaning went well. They always treat us right and today was no exception."

"The dentist and dentist hygienist are amazing!! they treated me with kindness and explained everything I had going on. I was suggested to take my wisdom teeth out so they sent me over to someone (office manager?) to discuss prices for the surgery. When i told her i wasn’t able to pay upfront that day and that i would call back to schedule my surgery when i had the money her attitude changed and i felt uncomfortable, she took all the paper work away and i said bye and it was just really rude from her end to treat me indifferent for not being able to pay right away."

"Broke a tooth out of my upper denture. Went to Aspen at 11:00. They didn’t let me know for 30 minutes they would do the repair. There was a sign that emergencies and walk-ins were welcome. It took until 4:30 to get the tooth back in place. I was happy with the result. However, waiting most of the time in the office, I heard multiple patients that weren’t happy. There were several mistakes with the charges including me. I paid prior to the repair at their request but ended up having to pay more, as did several other people. I feel like they should have stood by the price. I felt it was too high anyway. The phone ran constantly with only one person answering it. I tried calling before I went and was unsuccessful speaking to anyone. I will go back to have my dentures relined because I don’t know where else to go. They need more front desk help and to personally answer the phone!"

"Tried to book an appointment for a cleaning. The front desk refused and said I needed a "comprehensive exam" and a cleaning would be a follow up appointment. First, working adults do not have the time to book multiple appointments. Second, this location is simply trying to charge the insurance company twice (once for each appointment). Now you get nothing. Great business practice."
