"I had a root canal done here back and overall I was very disappointed with the experience. They started with saying I had an infection and could do the root canal and put me on antibiotics. I get that. When I went back in, a few days later, there was no mention if I still had the infection no X-ray to see if it was still there, nothing. I asked them to walk me through the whole process and I didn’t want to be surprised about anything since they said I needed 2 crowns. (Never needed one before for a root canal so I thought that was strange) they told me about 50%. They didn’t tell me they would be filing down my real teeth, and didn’t tell me about the terrible looking and feeling temporary crowns. I went home and cried for 3 hours. They said it would be 8 weeks to get the permanent teeth! I called in 4 and they were in. The crowns they fit me for are too big and are not even with my teeth. I told them and they blew me off. I am now self-conscious About what was my best asset."
