"This place is absolutely state-of-the-art in everything! I can assure you that you have probably never had as thorough of an exam and cleaning as this office provides. They set the bar for sure! I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a bit and personally I have very high standards. I read every single review on this place before I went. Mallory at the front desk was professional and broke down everything step by step with my insurance. I want to point out here that I have terrible dental insurance and I read some of the negative reviews on here referencing insurance. Mallory gave me copies of everything and then the entire time I was being treated and things were being added to my care, she kept coming back into my room to make sure I knew what my insurance was covering and what was out of pocket. Honestly, the best experience I’ve had with communication on my insurance. Alexa was my dental hygienist and it was very clear she has a wealth of experience and knowledge. She was so polite, professional and even funny (which I appreciated!). Plus, she was excellent at her job and getting me polished up. I requested to see her personally again at my next visit. Thank you Alexa! I met with Dr. J and she truly knows her stuff! She’s intelligent, has great bedside manner and you can tell she loves what she does. She was excellent at explaining things and answering my questions/concerns. I’d like to point out here that I also read the negative reviews about how some people felt like they were being sold things or the doctors were pushing unnecessary things. When I met with Dr. J the whole experience was super enjoyable. She informed me of options openly and allowed me to decide. She’s very conservative with her care and it was very apparent. I ended up having some extra work done and again Dr. J was fabulous at explaining things. Also, the work I needed done required a very skilled physician and Dr. J did not disappoint! She is very meticulous and has attention to detail. I personally requested to see her the next time I go. Thanks so much Dr. J!"
