Groveland Dental Care

"while the dental care is okay, the service is less than stellar. on our last appointment, the hygienists push to make the next appointment. since our insurance allows 3 cleanings per year the hygienist staff pushes for each and every appointment. On our last visit they reminded my wife that we get the 3 cleanings per year and pushed to make the next appointment which she did. long story short, two months later we get a text from the office about our account and were told that we had exceeded our 3 appointments, and that we needed to pay for the 4th appointment. While I have no problem paying for services rendered, I do have a problem with the staff pushing for that 3rd appointment which has already taken place. When I mentioned this to the person on the phone, she said they don't know what our insurance pays for...which they did. While it is our responsibility to keep track of how many appointments we've been to, a friendly reminder from an office that claims to care for their patients would have been nice...guess they care more about their patients money that the patient. When I told the person that I'd pay but we wouldn't be back, she said she was good with that...guess this office has so many patients, losing a couple doesn't matter. My suggestion: if you go with these folks make sure you keep 100% track of what you're going in for and how many times you've done it...per your insurance. Don't expect any help from them"

"Very quick, efficient, and friendly! It was my first visit and they had X-rays, cleaning, visit with the doc, and did a filling for me all in under an hour! Plus they were very willing to answer all my questions regarding other services. So glad a useful business was finally added to Groveland!"

It wasn't an easy decision because it's so hard to find doctors that you click with. I am happy to report that my first experience was amazing! The office is not only convenient, but it is super clean, and very cozy. They even had adorable Christmas decorations. The ladies in the front office are super friendly and polite, and I can't say enough of about the hygienist --- Luis! He was so gentle [I had a deep cleaning] with the entire process.
