"I’ve been coming to Dr. Sandra Estrada dental clinic for more than eleven years now. All that time I get absolute excellent service. They are like family to me. They even go beyond what’s expected of them just to accommodate my needs. Sara and Angelica of the front desk are doing a tremendous job of always making my dental appointments to fit my schedule."

"I think not telling someone they will owe money until after the procedure is shady business practice. I have insurance but no one told me I have to pay upfront then get reimbursed. I have never had to in the past. But not communicating that before hand is just wrong. At least the dentist and hygienist were very nice. I sat in the waiting room for about 20 minutes before I was called back for my cleaning. At no point did they tell me that my insurance will reimburse me but I have to pay now... Having to pay $264 is not a small amount when you are trying to support a family. My son was scheduled in a couple of days for a cleaning but now I can't have his done. At no point did I expect to have to pay for a cleaning. It is covered twice a year under my insurance. Any kind of communication would have been nice."

"Came here for a second opinion about the tooth pain I’ve been having for a few weeks . They gave me a same day appointment! Even though she confirmed the same diagnosis - needs root canal and crown- I felt so much better about it because both her and the assistant took the time to show me the x-rays and explain what i was looking at . I had her start the procedure and she walked me through step by step and was very kind and gentle . She even gave me her cell phone number before I left so I could reach her if I have any problems during the holidays! The endo she referred to me to finish the root canal saw me immediately after I left her office and was equally wonderful."
