"**High-End Experience, Meets Great Professionalism** I didn’t know if I could believe the height of the reviews but, wow! Today was my first experience at this offer and from the time arrived to the time I left I was cared for at the highest level of quality. The atmosphere at this location is calm and upon entering you can visibly see the quality and how well though through they thought about the customer experience. Upon arrival I was immediately brought to the back to fill out new patient information on a kiosk in the back. Between the soft playing music to the calm quiet space I felt at home. I was brought back to the lobby and less than 5 minutes later I was brought back to a patient room. Now the hygienist who brought me back was incredibly warm and you can tell I was not just a number. She explained everything about what steps we were going through today and gave me a heads up about what the doctor might say about the images she took. I think what was most important was that this office understands the cost of their work and they do not want their patients to pay more if they do not need to. That was spoken by all staff. They were incredibly caring when they spoke about doing work in stages and fitting my insurance and personal budget. The entire time I was expecting a sales pitch and it never came…that’s because I was a patient that needed care. I wasn’t the means to a profit. Now I haven’t been to a dentist in years and part of that is because of poor customer service and I always felt like I was being sold work I didn’t necessarily need. This place is the complete opposite. On the way out I met more staff and everyone was smiling and very happy to be there. Listen, all in all if you want to feel valued as a customer and want an incredible experience Dr. James C. Lewis DMD is the place for you! Wait, am I talking about a dental practice? Yes, yes I am (it’s that good)."
