"If I could give it a zero I would. Checked in on my phone when I got there, they text me stating someone would be with me shortly. 30 minutes after my appointment still no one there. A man was sitting there waiting as well. He stated he dropped his paperwork off another day and was suppose to pick it up today. He waited an hour and gave up. Luckily, I passed a H&R Block on my way home. VERY professional and efficient. They have my business from now on."
