"Arrived early for a road test appointment for my daughter. Was told could not be checked in till the time of the appointment and was told to sit back down. I observed customers with other appointments times told the same but given 15 and 20 nin leeway from their appointment time. Don’t they have a number at each station that determines the arrival and checked in time. This happened in Bartow but not worth my time and inquiry with Mr Teddler as the app disconnects with the question was asked on live chat."

"Very organized and friendly staff. Once you enter the building the receptionist will ask you what you need and assigns you a ticket number. They announce your number on a monitor screen and via intercom system. Works great! Take a book it could take an half hour depending on how busy they are."

"Appointments are always a month out and they won't take walk ins. The worst part is the receptionist will still give you a card without telling you its just to talk to a scheduler and then let you wait for 2 hours."

"It's a typo of government office. In a good day you will have to wait around 20 to 30 mins. Busy day May be 40. Obviously Monday and Friday will be busy like any other place. The people are very helpful and willing to do everything they can to help you get the job done. Parking is easily found and if you can't then you can always get parking in adjacent streets. People who lives in Bartow can always use the office."
