"A tax “professional” “Angela” was really discriminatory towards my mother on the phone saying “I don’t speak spainish” although my mother was speaking in English (I could clearly understand what my mom was saying) my mom said I am speaking English is so and so there? And she told my mom your are not speaking English and then I got on the phone because I heard it and I tried to talk to Angela politely and get her to transfer my mom to so and so and she was no help so I politely asked for her name she refused to give it to me and I asked for the manager and she pretend that she couldn’t hear me hung up this is after she hung up on my mom 3 times already refusing to help her each time. I filed a report with H&R Block and I hope they resolve this issues and I hope she never ever treats anyone like that ever again. This whole experience was super unprofessional, discriminatory and upsetting. I hope to here back with soon with a resolution. I don’t ever let things like this slide. Below is the call log my mom had called back twice and Angela hung up on her these 3 times."

"I were in a panic... I tried to do my taxes myself. I wanted until the 11th hour to seek help, I were schedule to start my vacation the next week. Sharon that was confident in herself acknowledged that she was seasoned enough to prepare my taxes and automatically schedule an appointment with Jenean who she said was seasoned and an expert. Needless to say Jenean was all that. The both were personable and an asset to H&R Block. I definitely would recommend either of them. Thanks Sharon and Jenean. See you next year..."
