"Filed taxes on 1/24/22 and applied for rapid tax loan refund and was accepted but not sent to my account. In fact the account was incorrectly put in by the tax preparer and she could not explain how this happened and couldn’t find out where the money went. She attempted to call METABANK as they said they did not see that the tax preparer filed it. So she explained that it was canceled so it was not issued and now my taxes from IRS is also going to a wrong account number. This is all an inconvenience as this could not be resolved. Now I have to wait for it to be mailed. Just awful. Will not go there next year."
