While Refund Advance loans are no longer available this year, we did offer Early Refund Advance at select locations from December 11, 2023, until January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance at most locations from January 2, 2024, until February 11, 2024.

"We had an appointment on Tuesday at 6pm, but we got there around 5:50. We were immediately told that they were closed due to the a/c not working. We spoke to Tanya and she directed us to another store, but determined that our return could be done without any issue and took us back to her desk and filed our return. Not only was Tanya willing to satisfy the customer, her experience with taxes and customer service were top notch. We appreciate her willingness to help us given the situation!
