"Be very careful and never "let her take care of it" without first agreeing on a price. We were with Cindy for years and things were great. Our needs were very basic, and service was cost effective, but only if you were there to observe the actual time spent vs billed for. Where you get in trouble here, is when that separation exists and you are massively overcharged for tasks you know took only minutes and you are billed several hours. Our avg cost for 4-5 years running was $140 and 2 hrs time. This ballooned to $1400 when I wasn't there in person to reconcile our books."

"***Updated review*** Initially I had a wonderful experience here, but after a while, Cindy no longer handled my books and turned Everything over to a staff member. After I had a comment from my CPA regarding "glowing errors" on my books, I brought it to her attention. It was handled very poorly and we mutually decided to split ways. As a business owner, I would have taken responsibility for this and made things right, but that's NOT what happened. Instead she got very defensive and didn't listen. I was disappointed but ultimately she did me a favor. After my last book keeper retired, I interviewed several book keepers and initially chose someone else, but after a waste of months and nothing done, Cindy and her team came in and cleaned up everything! I was a little bit reluctant at first because I thought it might be more than what was quoted. However what I found, was it was actually LESS and the process is so streamlined now that its incredible how I can look at my books month and know EXACTLY where we are financially at any given moment. Cindy was recommended by a trustworthy source and I should have taken that recommendation immediately. Don't spend your time doing your books, spend it IN, & ON your business, and with your clients leave the books and the numbers to them, trust me its WAY FASTER and better than if you were to do it yourself (speaking from my experience)."
