"I’ve done my taxes with H&R Block now for a couple of years, but this year I’m switching offices. My tax prep was Kay Klingsport. I just recently got an Airbnb and my first time filing as a new property owner and Bnb, Kay first told me I needed to do a list of expenses which I did and then scheduled my second appointment with her. When I came to see her today after she told me how I did everything wrong I told her that’s why I pay for the service and expertise she tells me she’s not my bookkeeper. At that point I asked her to give me all my documents and called the office to see someone else in a different location. I wouldn’t recommend her at all!!! However the lady in the front desk was so sweet and nice that she accommodated me for an appointment in a different location."

"Deceiving practice by preparers who don’t have the skill set to fill out all of the “forms”, because some are more difficult than others? Their practice customer service seriously lacks a price list and an option to change preparers or offices. They assume that since you gifted money to a relative that you have plenty to give some of that to H and R block. Run the other way before entering this office!"
