A Refund Advance loan allows you to get money before your tax refund arrives, as sometimes the IRS can take weeks to send it. While Refund Advance is no longer available this year, we offered Early Refund Advance at select locations from December 11, 2023, until January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance at most locations from January 2, 2024, until February 11, 2024.
We offer appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. To reserve time with a Tax Pro, we recommend booking an appointment online or calling us at (407) 838-1040. Walk-ins are also welcome at our 1155 W State Road 434 office.

"Been coming here for years with JH and never had an issue til this year. I know no one is perfect but still. Last year I filed single since I moved in with my fiancé. This year same living arrangement so I needed to file single. I figured that was same since it was on my file as last year. I wasn’t asked if I was filing single or head of house. It was just put in as Head of house. Now I am having to wait til I guess my taxes are finish to fix it and hopefully my fiancé taxes don’t get affected and I already know I will end having to pay back on taxes and I’m already being charged a lot for JH to do my taxes. It’s just stressful on my end because I’m not trying to get in trouble for a mistake I didn’t make. But now I have to stay on top of this and hopefully be able to get in with the tax lady in time so it doesn’t cause me more issues that it’s already causing me."
