"Virginia Browne prepared our taxes this year and it was the worst experience I ever had she didn't go over our tax return with us she didn't ask if anyone's information was correct she didn't give me any of my tax forms she basically did nothing for the amount we had to pay all she said was what our amount of our refund is and sign this black pad and your good to go and sherry Burch is the worst manager and has the worst customer service skills telling me there is nothing she can do for me didn't even try to make me (the customer) happy you would think she would do anything in her power to be helpful she wasn't. Not sure if I'm going to go back next year 724 dollars to file taxes to get extremely poor service Virginia and sherry are the worst."

"We made an appointment for 12 noon to go in and we usually do our taxes on TurboTax but we were going to do a refund anticipation loan this year. I made the appointment for 12 because my husband had to be at a meeting at a certain time when we got there she had just started on someone else's taxes and told us that it was going to be another 30 minutes at least and that she checked her appointment log and didn't see any appointments made. We told her we would walk around for a little bit decide if we were going to stay or not when we were checking out my husband walked over and she was still working on the other lady's taxes and told her that we weren't going to stay. The following day someone calls me and says they're from Jackson Hewitt and they see that we missed her appointment and didn't show up did we want to reschedule. How did the person today after see my appointment for the day before but not the person the day of? I believe she wanted to start on somebody else's taxes and make her appointment wait so she could do two people's. I politely declined and explain to them that when I went in the lady said that she didn't have any appointments and that I had already did my taxes on Turbo."
