"Made an appointment to have our taxes done today. They asked us to be there at 2pm, so we showed up on time. However, 45 minutes later and they were still telling us that our tax person was just wrapping up and would be with us momentarily. Still nothing. I thought these people were very unprofessional on our dime. Like we didn’t have better things to do with our time. We were there 50 minutes past our scheduled appointment with no service, so we canceled and left. Will not ever use them again."

"Valerie is amazing and she went the extra mile. She is very financially savvy. I had other questions about investing, self employment, and retirement. She didn't miss a step. She is a wealth of information. It was fate lol. I kept trying to reschedule my 4pm appt due to a busy day, and I ended getting there for 4pm. Glad it worked out that way. The front desk concierge person is wonderful yeah because she is a New Yorker like me! Valerie was excellent! Thanks for the fabulous, professional service.
