"I had a dental emergency and Lisa & Denise were awesome on the phone and professional yet empathetic in person. I filled out a few forms and within minutes Lyste assited me to the back. She immediately made sure I was comfortable and took xrays. Minutes later, Dr. Claudia Arboleda helped relieve the worse pain I have ever been in! I apologize for my inability to restrain my emotions but that was intense! Thank you, Dr. Arboleda! Gracias! I highly recommend this practice because thees are some amazing people! "I was recommended by a friend here in Tallahassee but was apprehensive to drive over an hour to this office. After calling the Palmetto Dental office I was feeling pretty confident. The person I talked with was friendly and patient. She explained they had some cancelations that afternoon and she could get me in that day. After driving there that day I was pleased to see the office was very clean, quaint and easy to find. It's a small office with new modern equipment. And you can tell the staff takes a great deal of pride in their work place. I don't care for large beautifully decorated dental offices. I feel those businesses put to much priority into office esthetics. Thats not what I'm there for. And really, as a client what are you paying for in a business like that? Sitting on a $30k couch while waiting in their lobby does not give me more confidence in their abilities. Any ways the best part after arriving at Palmetto Dental was the staff. They were friendly and proficient. During consultation and examination there was NO sales pressure and I quickly had the confidence in them to continue with the procedure. I know I lucked out with their schedule opening up that day but their attitude and professionalism is what sold the job for me. I'll be going back for sure. Thanks Anna and Dr. Arboleda"
