""YOU'LL BE CHARGED A WASTE MY TIME FEE!" DONT FILE YOUR TAXES HERE !!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. RUDE. AND OLD! When I visited the 12472 SR 54 location they told me that they have no appointments available to drop off my tax return in an agent will contact me. Not asking me anything about my tax return. So the lady called me (Edyta Antosiak) back and tells me that I need to come in and sign that my taxes are ready. She told me I was only getting $279 back. Then when I explained to her that something must be wrong then she realized that I was missing a W-2 form from my job. So the next day I print out my W-2 and I bring it to her. Now instead of giving me money back the same lady is trying to say that I owe money $679. I felt uneasy about the transaction something definitely is NOT right and so I told the lady that I would like to look elsewhere and see about a second opinion on my taxes. Edyta gets upset and tells me that there will be a "waste my time fee" of $50. So not only did nobody ever walk me through or explain the breakdown to me of my tax return and she also could not explain thoroughly why I had to owe money. But on top of that she is going to be rude and charge me a fee of $50. H and R block you have lost my business and I will tell other people to NEVER GO TO H AND R BLOCK"
