We went to another dentist today who explained why my wife has been in so much pain for almost a year with her temporary teeth. We paid too much money to get subpar dentures. "Argued with me over my insurance card, saying it's not insurance, another patient said they looked it up, and it says On the website it's insurance, but they insisted it was not, and said, ok you know what, we're not going to see you. So yeah, they're the experts, and you can't tell or show them they're wrong. No problem for me to take my business Elsewhere! Update, as stated above, another patient there looked it up, and said, yes it's insurance, and the next two places I went both found it with my, "Flex card." Unfortunately the first didn't accept our insurance, but fortunately the second does, and is now seeing my coworkers as well."
