"We celebrated birthday for my 2 year old son and I placed an order from Krusty, used DoorDash, I was waiting for the order for hour and a half , I called the pizza place they said they have no control of DoorDash , I was so frustrated , my guests had no food for almost 2 hours , the owner of Krusty heard how frustrated I was and he tried his best to help , and he just sent new order with someone else and made sure that we are going to get it , and we did at the end . I really appreciate that! He could’ve say it’s not my problem, I sent the order with the DoorDash guy , but he made new order with no charge at the end everyone got satisfied And it’s one of the best kosher pizza we had here in Miami"

"Decided to get delivery. Aside from getting gouged with the mark up for delivery and all the associated delivery fees, the delivery arrived 45 minutes after the *latest* time that was indicated when I placed the order. Every time (about 6 times) we tried to call Krusty Pizza to find out if the exact status and to express concern, the call went straight to voicemail. On the order I explicitly asked for ketchup (I figured they'd come with fries even without the request), but none was sent. Food (pizza, fries, salad) was pretty good, even if not fresh enough, fries a bit too salty. Bottom line - food good, but don't order delivery. Some of the delays may have been UberEats fault (can't tell), but the lack of response of Krusty and missing attention to the order were also not acceptable."

"I’ve lived in Miami for 29 years and to be perfectly honest this is hands down the best thin crust pizza i have ever had. My new favorite spot. Pizza was freshly made and tasted out of this world. Owner is also a very kind and humble person. Everything about this pizza spot is a 10 out of 10 for me. You will not find better pizza in Miami."
