Domino's Pizza

"This location literally steals your food that you paid for and then when you call for a refund they are super rude and just steal your money also! Don’t go here. On Saturday my friends and I ordered a pizza because it was my birthday and we were going to watch movies and have pizza night, the guy that they sent to deliver the pizza was so rude screaming at us when we called to see where he left the pizza since he never delivered it, he first told us he left it at the neighbors…at 2am? I don’t think so he stole our food and then the next day when we tried to get a refund the lady that answered the phone was super rude and didn’t help at all! It’s a shame for this to happen for a restaurant to steal your money that you’ve worked so hard for!!! Don’t COME HERE"

"This is the worst domino’s ever! We ordered online and the delivery guy Onel Jeanpaul STOLE our order, the ordered showed delivered on the website and when we got home it was not there, we called him and he said he was taking it back to the store, and then when we called again he said he had left it with the neighbor, mind you this was at 1 am and all lights were off in the building! We kept calling and he never answered again, we went to the store today to claim a refund and the lady made us wait an hour until she spoke with the driver to keep on with the lie that he had left it with the neighbor. Up until now we are still not able to get a refund because the lady at the store refused to help us and even started yelling at us! This is a very bad customer service overall, the driver ONEL JEANPAUL stole our order and the store is refusing to help us! Don’t waste your money in this store"

"Delivery driver Onel Jeanpaul delivered the food outside my apartment. When he couldn't get out the gate with the same code he had gotten in, he then came back and took the food with him. When I called him he said he was taking it back to the store. I called him again and he claimed to have left it with a "neighbor". On top of this the store doesn't even have a manager to solve the issue at least that's what the only person working at the store said. We even left a tip for the driver who had very bad manners and eneded up stealing our food! It is the second time we have problems with this same store and no one is ever able to actually help! This store is worthless don't waste your time."

"I waited 15 minutes before I was addressed then gave my order and it was wrong she told me she had to refund my order and recharge me only to not put the item that was messed up on the new order. I waited 20 minutes listening to her yell at her boyfriend to bring her car back and on and off the phone with who knows else. When I finally ask about the lava cakes she said I never said I wanted them. So why would I be still sitting there and that’s the whole reason you had to redo the order I wanted lava cakes not brownies. Never spending money with dominos again they still owe me money for a delivery that never got delivered that’s why I always come in to the store now. Worst company ever."

"Showed up and just wanted to know if they're closed but instead I completely ignored and disrespected by the employees. Definitely this one Haitian lady October 3rd 2023. The worst customer service in the universe"
