Papa Johns Pizza

"I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this establishment to think twice. My recent encounter with the store manager STEVE was nothing short of infuriating, and I feel compelled to share my experience to protect potential customers. When I reached out to the store due to an hour and a half wait for my order, the manager's behavior was beyond appalling. He began by falsely claiming that they had tried to contact me, even though my phone showed no missed calls whatsoever. To make matters worse, he insisted that my pizza had been left outside, but when I checked, it was nowhere to be found. Instead of taking immediate steps to address the situation, he callously declared that he would wait for the driver to return to sort it out. After an agonizing two-hour wait, I received a call from the manager admitting that he had no idea where the pizza was and dismissively uttered a "too bad." When I dared to express my frustration about the prolonged delay and his mishandling of the situation, he responded with an appalling display of aggression, shouting at me over the phone before abruptly hanging up. To add insult to injury, when I called back, he had the audacity to declare that he was the manager and could act with impunity. Given the utterly disgraceful conduct I experienced, I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this establishment. Such unprofessionalism and rudeness should not be tolerated, and it is in the best interest of potential customers to seek alternatives for their dining needs."

"I never like when I walk in a all the employees are yelling at each other. Its not professional and its still a business. Leadership training needed at this location. In addition every time I walk in, it takes 5 min for someone to even recognize that I have arrived. It takes longer for someone to come help me than it does for me to walk over from my apartment. Location is nice as Dominos has left us, but I would be ashamed if I were corporate. One positive is that when I ordered Delivery for a Party, the delivery guy was very friendly and took the extra step. He needs to get a promotion. I wish I remembered your name!"

"I come through WPB by boat every year. Unlike many of reviews my experience has always been perfect. Last night no exception. Pick up order and always fast, on time, and correct. Interaction with staff is always professional and courteous. Zero complaints."

"The pizzas we ordered arrived 30 minutes later than the expected time. 1 of the 5 pizzas was missing and the order numbers on the boxes clearly showed there should have been a total of 5. When I called (multiple times) with the phone number associated with the order they did not pick up. I called from a different phone number and they picked up they proceeded to ask me what the order number was, the phone number was at least 5 times during the call eventually agreeing to refund me for the pizza that was not delivered. There was a second pending transaction on my card which I assumed would refund me the price of the pizza but instead they charged me another 0.05 cents... Unsure if they don't know what they are doing or if they are intentionally stealing peoples' food and money... Either way it'll be my last time ordering from Papa John's."

"DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ordered a pizza on a Tuesday afternoon at like 3. my online wait time was 25-35 min. i finally got my pizza 1hour and 45 min later. the pizzas were burnt and the bread sticks were dry. I called to have them replaced and I was told it was going to take an extra two and a half hours for my order to get here. I then asked for a refund. I was told that it would take over a week for my refund to return to my card. So then I was told it was going to take another two and a half hours to get me my order remade and sent to me anyway with no refund. This is absolutely unacceptable."
