"Terrible and unprofessional service, they deceive customers just by selling you the policy and omit details that are important to a new customer and when you want to complain to them or seek information trying to solve the problem, they respond with arrogance, they do not make things crystal clear, this office is not reliable at all."
"I have never signed up for calls from this place and this morning they called me repeatedly. I told the person in the phone that I had never signed up for calls and they insisted I had. Even if someone had, why would you call multiple times in a row first thing in the morning? Then once told that I never asked for these calls insist that I had? It seems like some sort of coldcall scam."
"If i could give them 0 stars i would. This place is ran by a bunch of people that dont know what theyre doing and dont care to help at all. Called to cancel my policy because it got too expensive and every time i called from my number i would get put on hold with never getting an answer and only got through to someone when i would call from a different number. On top of that, they gave me the runaround about having to provide a letter of declaration when ive never been asked for that from other REPUTABLE insurance companies. Horrible."
