"When one gets into a car accident, the last place they want to end up is either the hospital or the car repair shop due the sheer annoyance of having to deal with an extra thing on your plate that shouldn't have even happened to begin with. However, the minute my mother and I walked into Reinaldo's Paint and Body Shop, the customer service was truly out of this world. The receptionist, Dayannys, was very polite and Carlos, the one who supervised the damage to my mom's car, made sure everything was accounted for when repairing it, and he was also very polite; he asked if we were alright from our car accident, despite it being a simple fender-bender. Carlos and Dayannys were extremely helpful when servicing my mom's car and she provided updates whenever we needed to know the status of the car. When we had come to pick up the car, the quality of the work done was nothing short of perfection and "excellent" would be considered an understatement. Not only was it back in its previous condition with no visible mistakes, but it felt like how it was when we bought it back in 2020. The color was blended very well and even a retouch was done for the entire car to give it a finish. Overall, my mom and I had honestly never experienced such pristine customer service from any place before and were overwhelmingly satisfied with the results and definitely not disappointed. Even when we were about to leave, Dayannys asked if we wanted any snacks or drinks, as if they weren't top-notch enough. How kind of her! Overall, we were extremely satisfied with how everything turned out and definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking to repair their cars."

"Magnificent attention, at first I doubted the good service, because I did not understand how vehicle repairs work through insurance (insurance adjusters, then the approvals of the parts and finally the sending of these to the workshop) all this it takes time and I say time it doesn't depend on the shop (make sure they order your parts on time) The girl at the reception (I don't know if she is the same one referred to in the previous comments, I hope not) very attentive and efficient in her work (I received weekly calls to report on the repair process). The team in general very attentive, I had the pleasure of talking with each one of them and knowing their performance in terms of my car. Thank you for your time."

"My wife's 2013 VW Bug right rear fender had popped out of place. I took the car to Reinaldo's; Yonny came out to estimate the repair, saw what was wrong and popped the fender back into to place. NO CHARGE. Polite, Friendly and Professional. If I need body work in the future I will go to Reinaldo."
