"Horrible store..didn't wanto test my alternator..they were rude and very disrespectful...the white tall guy 4:44 pm July 8th 2023...nasty very nasty. Needed help with alternator..they wouldn't let me test it..they wouldn't test it..than lied to me and said it wasn't working..I watched another guy when I left use it and it worked for them..I asked to use rest room he said no! I asked for help finding a new alternator they were quick to sell me one but not help test mine...ibleft..I'm going to autozone...after my experience here...the guys at Napa are much nicer...willing to help...this store sucks! Waste of time and money"
"Today, at 12:30 pm, I visited Advance Auto Parts located at 4380 SW 8 Street (Store # 9354). Erick S. who was working at the back counter exceeded my expectations and so I was compelled to write to you. I hope this positive feedback reaches Erick's manager. I know the duties he performed were part of his job (checked my car battery, installed a new one, and installed wipers) but it is all in how someone goes about performing their duties. He was professional and honest. When he checked my old battery he told me that it could be under warranty and that I should look into this first. He gave me this information because he is honest and wanted to truly help me. While in your parking lot, I checked on the warranty by calling the dealer. The warranty had expired. Erick sold me a new battery and installed it. He was efficient and demonstrated that he knew what he was doing. Erick then proceeded to show me how to change the wipers. He didn't have to take the time to do this but he did. Again, showing me that he had my best interest at heart. I hope management is aware of the hard-working, courteous and kind individual they have working at this store. I truly appreciated Erick's excellent customer service and above all, I valued his honesty and kindness. This was my first time at your store and I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Erick!"
