"I was using this company for a while and spent lot of good money here but Edgar went out of town left these incompetent rude girls in the office not only will they not answer the phone now they keep giving me an excuse that I can't put a 98 on my incruance but that's not the case when I just had a car from 96 on there the girls kept giving me the run around then I guess they just don't want to deal with it witch is just unacceptable when I just paid over 200 dollars to them for my monthly bill and now all of a sudden they can't help me very upset will be taking my business else where"

"They are never open when they should be. I can arrive an hour after their open hours begin and doors are always locked and lights are always off. I can also arrive two hours before closing and its the same deal. They rarely answer their phones and or speak english. You can never count on them for correct info either. You can only come in person to pay your bill. If i could give them a half star i would. Worst place to do any kind of business--ever!"
