"Customer service is horrendous. The assistant manager, I don’t recall his name but started with a D came off a bit racist. Walked in with my friend and I guess just because we look hispanic, he brushed us off and said his co worker would check us out because he speaks Spanish. We speak English perfectly. Once he did finally check us out because his co worker was taking a while with another customer, I don’t know what his deal was but while checking us out, he was just throwing in strange remarks. Definitely not coming back to this location."
"Great customer service!! Very kind and helpful employees. I came in with a list of little problems with my car. Chris took the time to help me with each one, check the problems, tell me what I should do, etc. He checked the tire pressure on each tire for me and then even gave me his tire pressure key chain so I could check my tires later since my sensor was off. Great group of people and great experience! I will definitely be coming here for all of my car needs next time too."
"The young man who assisted me went above and beyond what I expected from any auto supply. So courteous and helpful. I didn't get his name but he's young, dark hair and wears glasses. I greatly appreciated him"
