Every product undergoes fixture-welding to ensure consistent quality, followed by bead-blasting and powdercoating in BMR's in-house powdercoating line. The finished parts are then assembled and packaged in the assembly department, allowing BMR to maintain control over the quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.

I called in need of purchasing new hardware for my TA012 torque arm kit for my (93-02) fbody, due to a mistake that I made during install. "Dion the Customer service representative is fantastic! Ordered parts and i hadn't received a shipping notice or anything, gave BMR a call and Dion answered the call. He was able to look me up, pull my order, and gave me detailed information on each part of my order. I talked his ear off, but he was also able to give me tips regarding installation, settings etc. Dude absolutely knocked it out of the park and turned an old steeda fan boy into a BMR customer for life.
