Jim took the time to reassure me, check the oil level, check to see if there was a re-call on my make/model, inspect the whole area under the hood, and find out what the "code" was that caused the engine light to appear. He gave me courteous service and professional advice. Then, we had to haggle over price because he was trying to say "no charge" and I was insisting he take something. What a great Christmas-time experience. There truly ARE good people in the world."
"Incredible service at little notice. I am visiting from out of state and realized my registration expired. NC requires a NC certified inspection. He looked up the requirements and did the inspection quickly and I was able to submit his document to NC and get it all straight! Highly recommend Car-Tech Lube!"
"Traveling through on 95 and our battery died. We were able to pick one up at O'Reilly's, but we needed special tools. They suggested we go to Car Tech. Car Tech took the time to check our alternator and battery. Changed the battery and rechecked the alternator to ensure it was working properly. (It was) They were so nice and quick and reasonable.
