"They will sell you a lemon and not back up what they sold! Avoid!!! My dad got a corvette there - drove it 3 times and the transmission is out - and they said not their problem! Really?? He is a former JSO and over 70! They treated him like garbage! He has bought numerous cars here. Saves up to pay cash and now has a useless piece of metal on n his garage! Avoid!!!!"

"Schedule an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced, Parts had to be ordered, so I left my vehicle. Told me it would be three days for parts to arrive, On the fourth day I called about a status of my vehicle called the manager left a voicemail to return a call never called me back. I got a email With an invoice telling me what I guess they did on the car call the manager to see if If she would explain the invoice never got a call back. Call to schedule for a ride pick up told me the guy was or female was at lunch and we called me back. Waited two hours. Nobody called me back so I took an Uber to pick up my vehicle. when I got to the service department to pick up my vehicle, the manager did not explain the invoice. Even then I had to come back and ask how long was the warranty once I got in my car found two screws on the door just sitting in a cup holder, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with any Lincoln service department. The manager needs to do more to Start calling people back explaining information on the vehicles."

Special attention was paid to the fact that I was waiting for the service to be completed and the work was performed quicker than I expected. Corky, my service agent, was great about making sure the work was done quickly and completely. Extra attention was given to make sure my MKC was clean and ready to go when done.
