"Speed of prep, ease of ordering online, overall cost, and the food was great.. Still wish they would deliver to Excel; I'd even do a thirty to 40 percent tip.. 07.14.23 - do not know if it was website app, or persons filing order, but totally botched order of 3 items (no special order items), and ended up driving and waiting thirty minutes for order to be made (as it was never prepped to begin with); not too happy. 02.14.24 - Overall, with the exception of this visit, I am regularly satisfied with my visits; however, on this occasion, I allowed more than the fifteen to twenty minute lead time in pick up at the hut lane, and I ended up sitting in the parking lot for an additional fifteen to twenty minutes as I find out after the fact, that my order was either forgotten, or accidently given to someone else.. regardless, I would have been fine waiting for my order to be "re fired/ remake", but I was never told this; thinking I'd be waiting five, six minutes while my order was assembled... no apologies, no options (would you like this other pizza to get you out of here), can I give you free wings, or ten percent off your next visit; nothing.. just sit in lot and wait, and then drive home in the dark; wondering why I gave a twenty- five percent tip (I always tip gratuitously; hoping eventually, they will deliver to my area, and I do appreciate the service industry(I am one)).. -- guys, went from a 5 star review during pandemic.. hope managerial team will step up.."

"Ordered 2 pizzas that were ok & 12 pc traditional wings that were dry as the Sahara Desert for pickup. Got home and the pizza was almost burnt but did not complain. I called back to the restaurant after I made it home and tasted those dried out, old tasting wings. I spoke with a manager by the name of BJ, told her I didn’t live close to the area and wanted a credit for the old tasting wings. She contended the wings were made to order and I explained that either they were old or whoever cooked them cooked them too long. At any rate, I told her I would bring them back but not today as I stay about 20-25 min away one way and I had just made it home. I asked her to put it down that I would be bringing them in on another date, she said “no ma’am I will tell the other manager” and I questioned how she was gonna tell the “other” manager if she didn’t have my information. To my inclination she pretended to have gotten my name and the type and # of wings I ordered and said she’d tell the other manager. I then asked for the contact number to corporate and she denied having that information as a manager. I told her I would find it on my own. I reached out to corporate via email through the online ticket that I placed my order from and am awaiting a response. I can say if I lived closer by I would have taken the complete order back and requested a refund based off BJ’s attitude alone."

"Have to wear a mask to enter...can not sit down inside...looks like needs a major cleaning inside. Pizza was disappointing...not even close to the "Detroit" pizza as seen on TV. Thin and barely edible. After eating 2 slices...threw remainder in garbage."
