"Feel like I didnt get all that I could have gotten back, feel like she just didn't want to do the extra work and I paid more than what im actually getting back, now I understand with covid I didnt make as much as the year before, but even with 3 kids fir child credit that didn't help at all.... ive liked my services in the past but this last person I had honestly I think she didn't care to take the extra time to make sure she got me all the money I could have gotten she said adding deductions would only make my number go down but from what I read online thats not the case, I should have gotten more money back, atleast thats how it worked last year when I did my taxes he did everything he could to give me the best numbers possible, this year might be my last time going to h&r block she wasn't very helpful she didn't put in everything or take the time like my past experiences im very dissatisfied with this years representative that did my taxes, not worth the money"
